Revit LT SP1 Installation Issue

Revit LT SP1 Installation Issue

Hi.

When installing Revit LT SP1, I get an "Error 1328 applying patch to file C:\Config.msi\PT11F0.tmp It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more imformation contact your patch vendor." that I can not get past until I select cancel - at which time the installation progress bar steps backward as if it is un-doing what has been updated.

I have never had any issue with updates fot my Revit LT Suite since inatalling 2015 with any updates.

Since this fist happened, I un-insatalled Revit LT and then re-installed and immediately had the SP1 show up in Application Manager and installed with the same error - a screen grab is attached showing the dialogues.

The 'About Dialgue' does not show the updated build number.

This is on a hp Z400 worksation Win-7 64 with all updates insatlled.

I found similar posts through searches, but nothing has led me to a solution.

Regards,

Barry.

Sorry That I omitted that this issue is with the 2016 versions (as per the screen grab)

It's possibly that your Revit is already SP1.  Even so, if you are not experiencing any of the issues resolved by SP1, then there is no need to install it.

Good Luck!
