Over 24 hours and I have not received activation code yet

I purchased a renewal of a subscription that expired for Maya software yesterday mid morning, but have not yet received the activation email. I logged on my Autodesk account to make sure, but it isn't available there yet. It has been more than 24 hours. I have seen other users experience this problem, and was hoping that I could get someone from Autodesk to look into it.
Any help would be appreciated.
