INSTALLATION INTIALIZE AND THAN MESSAGES FOR VARRIOUS FILE ARE MISSING

ALSO ONE TYPICAL PROBLEM MESSAGE ATTACHED HEREWITH

The first thing you have to try is to download the installer again.

 

It seems your installation package is incomplete. Sometimes, the download is interrupted without a error message and we might be led to think everything was completed.

 

 

Please, tell me if you have succeeded!!!

This is a problem that is typical of installing while your antivirus, especially Trend Micro or Avast, is running.  Please disable your antivirus and make sure you are installing with local admin rights and UAC off.
