installation fails

Hello,

I have got a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and I try to installate the Autodesk Professional 2014 version on it. The first time it worked and it showed me how much time is left etc. but when it was about 30% done the internetconnection failed and the download stoped. Whenever I try to installate it now again it gets stucked at the beginning where the netframe is. I tried pretty much everything so i already deinstalled all autodesk files etc. but it wont work. so what should i do now? thanks!

It looks like you need to find out more about downloading or re-downloading software, or are having issues that may be resolved by re-downloading.

For Windows users, before downloading products on Windows 10, please check that the product is compatible.

Post you log file after a new download, if it still fails.  I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

Post you log file after a new download, if it still fails.  I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

Well i tried the virtual assistent now but it wants my key and my serial number

its accepts the serial number but not the key.

 

PS: I am a student so i need the student version

What Autodesk product are you trying to install? Did you download the version corresponding to the serial number you received?

 

Please check this solution for a list of Product Keys.

it started to download but it got stuck like every time and it still diesnt show me the download time. (it only did that the first time and one other time i tried it but the it alway got stuck at some point)

Please try disabling your firewall and anti-virus. Also, check the system requirements to make sure your OS is compatible.

its still the same i deactivated my anti virus and my firewall. my os is windows 8 and my computer got 64 bit i think this should all be fine...
