Error Installing Update 2 on AutoCAD 2010

We have a new computer that we just installed AutoCAD 2010 on. We are trying to install Update 2 as well, but we are receiving the following error message. The user installing the update is a full administrator, and there are no other applications in use when trying to install the update. The options given are 'Retry' and 'Cancel'. Of course, retrying produces the same result.

Error 1328. Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT8AB9.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contact your patch vendor.

The specs for the system are as follows.

Windows 7 Pro x64

Xeon E5-1620 3.60GHz

12GB of RAM

7200 RPM Hard Drive

NVIDIA Quadro 600

AutoCAD 2010!!!!  TIme to upgrade 

Most likely AutoCAD 2010 is already updated past update 2.  Can you launch AutoCAD, select help/about AutoCAD and look at the about screen.  This dialog will tell you where you're at with AutoCAD.
