Solved: Error after install 3ds Max

I have installed a student version of 3ds Max2016 x64 with administrator rights. Installation seems to be okey, but when I try to run Max it fails whis the error like in this post

My system:

By the way name of administrator of a computer is in russian letters.

Help me please.

Try updating the Radeon card from the actual manufacturer site.
