When installing DWG TrueView it is possible to start out of the installation screen at the end, but when closing it and trying to start from the desktop icon some fault-messages are appearing about missing some .dlls:
anav.dll, dswhlp.dell, acui24.dll, heidi16.dll
These .dlls are all present in the program-folder, a new installation, as suggested by the messages, does not change anything, so I cannot start the program.
Any idea about that?
Thanks,
manfred
I agree with Simon. Is it possible that your anti-virus is causing the issue? You could try dropping those .dll files into the C:\Windows\System32 directory and see if that makes any difference. But maybe just a reinstall with anti-virus disabled will be the best method to begin.
