I installed Autocad Archit 2017 from a deployment as a network license. I now want to change the license type to serial number. SO I changed the license type and restarted Autocad. I now get this error message "Script Error xmsgProductLanguage is undefined"
Here is what I have tried, but the issue still persists.
1. Right click the AutoCAD icon, go to properties - on the shortcut tab, delete the /language "en-US" from the Target text box and then start the program. Found thread here that suggested this as a solution.
Also,
1. Tried running Autocad as administrator. No luck on that.
Also,
1.Disconnected from internet and started Autocad. Ran as trial then updated serial number to my standalone number. Reconnected Internet. Still get the same message as above when I reconnect to Internet.
Also,
1. Cleared Temporary Internet Files.
2. Cleared %temp% folder.
3. I tried to find the rtthinpackage.js? file that is listed in the above error message, but I could not find it on the system.
I can run as a trial and Autocad works fine as long as I'm not connected to the internet. I would just like to register it properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
