Script Error when checking license at first startup - LT2017

Hello,

I've recently just purchased and installed AutoCADLT 2017 and when loading for the first time, it freezes at checking license and I'm then presented with a Script Error.

I've attached the screenshot if anyone can help.

Welcome to the Forums!

This is actually a fairly common error with 2017, and typically has to do with the language you have selected for your OS:

We have a known issue with the shortcut that AutoCAD creates on the desktop during installation interfering with Windows when any language other than English (US) is being used.

Can you please try the following to see if it helps?

Right click the AutoCAD icon, go to properties - on the shortcut tab, delete the /language "en-US" from the Target text box and then start the program.
