After installing Alias AutoStudio 2016 to my Mac, I realized (too late) the compatability issues with the most recent OS X 10.11. After installation, and upon opening Alias, my computer freezes at the "opening" window. In an attempt to correct the compatability issues, I downloaded both service packs that I found online (SP1 & SP2 for Alias 2016). Downloading these service packs did not fix the problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all products (Alias + SP1 +SP2). Are there more service packs in the works? Is there another issue that could be preventing Alias 2016 from loading?

Can you please elaborate on how soon? That comment was 17 days ago. Not being able to use AutoStudio is becoming a big issue for me.
The weird thing is I updated my MBP 6,1 to El Capitan and was able to use AutoStudio 2016 just fine for about a week or two. No issues. But since just a few days ago, randomly, AutoStudio now freezes on startup every time. It is useless now. Neither of the two Service Packs fixed the problem.
A company like Autodesk should be on top of this.

They should be on top of it. However, release dates are rarely announced aside from *maybe* a heads up a day or two beforehand. If the date needs to slip a bit (announcing a date doesn't make the work happen any faster) then people will be complaining about it being late/not soon enough rather than not knowing when it will be released. So there isn't much of an upside.

Any new informations about a fix for that problem?

@Anonymous Most likely you will not see support for this until the 2017 version... Which should be in April time frame... But I'm only assuming at this point since we are only users and have no control over what Autodesk does.
