Revit Hotfix 2022.1.2 returning a server Error 1603

This Hotfix install whether from the Autodesk Desktop App from the complete list of products option; the hotfix installation falls over. This is a single education user licence, it can't be a server. Total mystery. Have uninstalled components and turned UAC off - no difference?

I am running as a an administrator.

Are you experiencing the issue that the hotfix is supposed to address?  If not, then I would just recommend ignoring the hotfix.  There's no need to install a hotfix for a problem that you are not experiencing, as you will just create new problems for yourself... like this one.

Dear Travis,

 

For me and my students Hotfix 2022.1.2 is necessary because NAVIATE REX Rebar extension installed with Naviate RE 2022 (64-bit).msi released September 2021 by Symetri; when installed into Revit without Hotfix 2022.1.2 will crash Revit 2022. It becomes impossible to run until Hotfix 2022.1.2 is uninstalled. I attach the install log

I was not able to resolve this. I am not is a position to experiment, because my second installation on an alternative desktop which was running all Autodesk products perfectly (AutoCAD V22, Revit V22, Revit Hotfix 2022.1.2 , Naviate Rex and Robot Structural) was hit by a serious licensing error. Therefore I dare not experiment with the backup HPZ440 desktop PC.
