Need Help with Fata Error after install and 1st launch

Hi everyone I recently purchased and installed Autocad LT 2014, however after the installation I tried to open the program and was given "Fatal Error: unhandled access violation reading 0x0000 Exception at 5865f22dh" I tried looking online to see if anybody has had the same error however most fatal errors have a different exception than this one and the solutions provided didn't help. I uninstalled and reinstalled, changed the admin settings, different updates for the hardware on the pc etc; and got no farther than before. does anybody here have any other ideas as to what i can do to see if i can get this running? also I am running win 7 pro 32bit any assistance would be greatly appreciated Thanks LM

These issues are usually caused by .NET Framework issues.

.NET Framework issues can be resolved using the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool. More information about this tool can be found at my discussion thread here:

Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply but it was not that i also tried it. i just figured it out now, the issue was with the bios signature on my mother board, had to download and replace some files in the autocad folders.
