Finding the download link without an Autodesk account

I purchased AutoCAD on Thursday, however seemed to checkout as a guest.  I'm attempting to download the software on my machine, but cannot find a download link anywhere since the purchase is not under my products tab of the account I set up this morning.  How can I access the download link? I have my product key and serial number, but cannot find anywhere to plug it in and begin the install process.

It looks like you have not received an activation email. Sometimes the email can be accidentally routed to your spam or junk folder. Please check there.

Also, please note that you should be able to access your download and activation information by logging into Autodesk Accounts.

If neither of those items helped, please submit a support request as follows: 

Students should request to have the confirmation email resent via this form.

If you are having trouble with your Autodesk Account or an eStore purchase, please visit our order support page where you will be able to chat with a representative or submit a support request.

forget helpbot's answer. Go to the "Virtual Agent" and download from there http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk... when you get there, click on the "Download links" option on right side and follow the prompts. hth

I agree with Ampster.  I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
