Error installing MEP 2012

I have 1 user out of 12 who's worstation is have probliems with MEP 2012. originally I created a deployment that was missing Expresstools. I tried to modify the CUI but some command wouldn't work. Eventually I decided to uninstall and use the Media to reinstall but I keep getting this error at around 3 of 5. Do you suppose it has something to do with SP 2?

Accepted solution

If you are installing, do so without installing the service packs.  If it goes on successfully, then you can install the service pack afterwards.  That's my usual recommendation.
