Can I copy an install image to another server?

Hello,

I made our install images on one server, and want to copy them to another office's.

I read the articles on this and they talk about a \tools\deployment\ folder and I don't have that.

I think that is when you want the install to run from the web.

My install image has a batch file in the root, then an image folder.

Then a bunch of products under, like this:

Its an AEC Collection image, so several products.

My question is can I copy this image to another server and edit the xml files to point to it, to make it work?

Or is it intended that each image is keyed to a server and we are to remake them.

Its a ton of files and takes a while to make the images so a remake would be undesirable.

However, maybe its not such a bad idea if the media gets downloaded compressed.

Curious what others do for multiple offices.
