inside C:\Autodesk\WI\Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D 2017 it doesn't have setup.exe file ....please help me i want it to use it to install in other computer

What files are in that folder? A screenshot would help.

Can you not just download the package again on the other computer?

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
