This idea concerns the functionality around sending a report, such as a CLOSED FORM, to external collaborator(s). It would be helpful if the following items were added to the notification email for the recipient: 1. User that sent the report. REASONING: If the recipient has any questions or concerns, they have no leads on who to contact. They would have to resort to contacting their POC from the company account. Even then, it might not be someone from their company that sent the report. 2. Account logo. REASONING: With all notifications managed via Email, some users/admins are flooded with many ACC emails. Adding the logo will grab the recipient's attention and allow them to immediately recognize where the report is coming from so that they can effectively prioritize it. 3. Form name. REASONING: Different forms have different priorities and there is currently no way to distinguish between two different forms if they are all named "Form detail report." 4. Message. REASONING: Context is always helpful.
