I am continously getting this error at startup and when I try to do a command. It says "Unhandled Exception c0000005 (Access Violation Reading 0xf9fdffff) at address 30bbcd83h". I'm using AutoCAD 2017 and Windows 7.

Hi,
welcome @forums.autodesk.com!
Try to reset the AutoCAD profile as described >>>here<<<.
If that does not help, try to login with another Windows user account having admin permissions, turn off antivirus and then start AutoCAD again
If both does not work run a repair installation of AutoCAD (>>>how to<<<).
Good luck, - alfred -
I agree with Alfred.
Also note that these kinds of errors can be caused by a problem with .NET Framework and/or a virus or malware infection on your computer. Definitely try the steps above -- especially logging in as another local administrator user. Create a temp one if you have to.
If that doesn't work and a spyware scan comes up negative, consider also reparing your .NET Framework. .NET Framework issues can be resolved using the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool. More information about this tool can be found at my discussion thread here:

Good Luck!
Error 2. Happened when I reset the AutoCAD profile
Error 3: Happened when opening AutoCAD in another admin account and disabled all antivirus.
Error 4: Happened when I put the antivirus back on.
Error 5. Happened when I did the Repair Installation.
Hi,
well documented, great!
The last error with acvmtools looks like issues with the graphic card driver.
Which graphic card and which driver do you have installed?

The issue seems to be resolved. I guess all I needed to do was reinstall my graphics driver. Thanks for letting me know it was an issue with the graphics driver.
