Give users the ability to put drawing references in lists on drawings. Is it possible to include bolts in the kiss file export.  I know the KISS standard can do hardware and more.  Could we get the bolts exported either as a "Site Bolts" assembly or attached to each assembly.  Currently we are manually entering the information from the bolt list and if this could be automated it would save me a lot of time. @Gernot.Jeromin   Mr. Jeromin, This was submitted a few times already both in this idea station and in private, no results yet.   Currently we can save lists and update them from DM, but we cannot print them.   I just had to change (4) bolts, one cap plate and (2) beams out of 150+ beams and 100+ columns and 4.000+ SP project.   All the external lists had to be printed manually again, it is time wasted for us ; software is not done right.   Please put this in your roadmap, we need external lists to be printed from the DM the way drawings are printed.   I appreciate everything your team does, just with this case software is lacking the basics.   Thank you for your consideration.   Ilko Dimitrov ACBS   Show More

Hey.    I would like an option to change 'explodable' option on individual parts of the bolt assembly.  According to european standards, we have to use EN15048 approved bolts. They consist of an EN4014 bolt and EN4032 nut that have been tested together, and thus are sold together. However, we also need washers, so I would like to have my bolt exploded into bolt and washers and no nut on my exploded bolt list.      Show More

It is very important for us to show the standards for I-profiles, sheets and pipes in the parts list. At the moment, we enter these numbers in the "Commodity number" field for each part so that they can be read out for the parts list. This is a lot of work that could be saved if the standards were already entered in the profile database. To be honest, I don't understand why this is not included in the database. Show More

Currently, the Folded beams are treated as "Beam" objects when using Mapping / Recoding feature. So only the beam tokens can be used for mapping rules / mapping priority: %ProfName, %Material, %Coating, and %Denotation. The folded beam name is composed by tokens %Thickness, %Width, %Length. Hi     Plates should have an optional property "surface" as graitings have. There are plates available that have two different sides. Because there is not surface or side property for plates that can be used in modelling and numbering, Parts that are not identical because of their side orientation may get get detected as identical in numbering and get the same number. Most MEP Constuction companies would use Unistrut channels to support pipes and ductwork. However, there is no CAD product out there would allow you to create intelligent connections. I would like to Autodesk to have a Unistrut channel catalog (see attached) loaded into Advanced steel. This would include Unistrut catalog connection vault similar to steel beams. Hi, Currently the token "Object Class" (IClass) in BOM Editor shows the class name in English only in Advance Steel, not translated to the current installation language. So it cannot be really used for other installation languages.   The request is to have the results of this token translated for each installation language.
