cannot import license to different computer????????

i'm having trouble importing my stand-alone license to another computer with newly installed autocad 2010.  i have exported the license from my activated coomputer with no problems but when launching the license transfer utility on the other computer, it asks me to export the license instead of import??? as a side note, this computer is on the same network..would this cause a problem? any ideas on what might be happening or what i could try?

Have you simply tried to activate the new computer?  The LTU works less than never.
