Recently Autodesk Product Support was asked if that LMTOOLS diagnotics is reporting a FLEXnet Licensing error:-125,147 points to an issue with the license manager.
This is a common question that we would like to get a solution out to a larger audience of users. One item to keep in mind is no relevant information is obtained by using the "Server Diags" tab. Flexera (formerly Acresso) created LMTools for 25,000 different vendor daemons, we fit ours into the program and utilize what we can of it. The "Server Diags" and the "Perform Diagnostics" even on our servers that are fully functioning send back the exact same message. This is an issue of our new Package License files confusing the program, but the message is innocuous and does not actually indicate anything wrong with the licenses or server.
The only way of actually accessing if all is well, is to do a Perform Status Enquiry" from the "Server Status" tab. This will give you all the information we can squeeze from this program and also let you know if it is issuing licenses.
