DWG TrueView 2010 will not uninstall

Windows Add or Remove Program will not uninstall DWG TrueView 2010.

 

Maintenance Failed

 

The following problems were encountered which prevented DWG Trueview 2010 from updating successfully:

 

- Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and that you can write to it.
