I have a 64-bit Windows 8, and when trying to install AutoCAD 2014, the following error message shows up:

If you are are installing...
You will get a .NET 4 and a .NET 4.5 Language Pack error when installing the product.
The following workaround that will help resolve this issue:
1. Copy the Media contents to a local drive or use a browser downloadedversion of software.
2. Copy and backup the setup.ini file and call it: setup-BACKUP.ini.
3. Open file setup.ini from the root folder using a text editor.
4 .Search for (without quotes) “[DOTNET4LANG]” and “[DOTNET45LANG]”
5. Add a new line “IGNORE_FAILURE=YES” for them if found. This line can be added anywhere below “EXE_PARAM=”
HI, I have follow the step and the installation go smooth. But there is still problem after thaht. When I start the apps, a conservation box pop up and show that there is unhandled exception error e06d7363h. How to fix this?
Here I attached the erroe code durng I start up the apps.
I downloaded the installer from autodesk website.

we have a problem when I open the Civil 3D Your application was not able to obtain a license because the flexnet license server manager could not determine where to find the licensing data it neet please choose one of the following:
specify the license server
specify the licence fie
Is your license manager running? And can you PING the server and get an IPv4 response?
hey guys, I've run autocad 2014, it successfully do and then a box crops up telling intialization failed. Unable to set up the software...NEED HELP!!!!
