Error 244 When trying to map PDF thumbnails

Hi,

We're trying to map PDF thumbnails so that they display correctly in our Vault. It's not a new Vault so we have to map it manually. 

We're getting the following error: 

I tried looking at the support articles, but there were none for this specific problem. What could be the reason for this?

What version of Vault are you using?

We are currently on Vault 2024.2 Update for both client and server.

Please check your server logs to see if they provide more information about this error.

For a work around, remove all thumbnail-mappings for Revit, then it will work.

For a work around remove all Revit thumbnail mappings, then it will work for PDF.

Hi!
If you remove all Revit mappings to the Thumbnail property it will work.
My guess is if  you don´t have Revit installed the default Revit thumbnail mappings is the problem.
