Vault Basic2014 and Vault Server installed on PC and Files on network (Inventor)

Hello guys,

Is it possible to work with Vault Baisc 2014 and Vault Server Console both installed on my PC unit, yet our files are on network or should I install the virtual server (Autodesk Data Management Server Console 2014) on the network server instead?

If yes, how could I manage my files?

Install the ADMS on a server. You access it via the Vault client on your computer.
