Section Line Length and Section View Length coordinate

When selecting one of the two Section Line Length grips/control points in Plan View the Section View Length dashed box does not match the Section Line Length when the length is changed. Please see the attached screen capture below (The View on the LEFT is NOT what we want and the View on the RIGHT is what we want)...So, we would like the section line length to match the section view length especially when gripping and changing the length...Thank you!

It would be good if section tail and head could also lock to its instances on each floorplan. Currently once the section is placed in the project, and modified its length in plan, its extensions need to be manually adjusted in every floor plan - not very useful behavior. I would prefer to correct extensions at once for all levels a section cuts.
