There should be a simplified View Range for plan views, having options for only top and bottom, no cut plane or depth. Everything in-between would show up in the order it would in real life (top to bottom).
Clicking a "Advanced View Range" button would bring up the current View Range dialog, but with a few improvements:
- Select any level from the drop downs, not just Associated, Level Above, Unlimited
- Visual View Range (as explained in this Revit Idea and multiple others)
