[Open dialog] - Checkbox to update/ reload (specific) links

When working with linked projects it is very tedious to update links. Linked files will be loaded upon opening a project only to be reloaded afterwards (this is redundant!). Oftentimes files need to be closed when working on a project that is linked to another project to be manually updated to incorporate changes. I propose to add a reload links checkbox upon opening the file. This way, the old link does not have to be loaded prior to being reloaded, which saves users time.

Hi, @Intuos5 ,

Here are two similar threads...

Control loading of LINKS AND OR WORKSETS on open - Autodesk Community

Abort Links Loading prior Opening Central - Autodesk Community

We could combine yours with one or both of these. Let me know what you think!

Hey @kimberly_fuhrman-jones,

That's okay with me, the ideas are all about the same issue, but they provide different solutions. I am sure the best one will eventually be chosen.

Thanks, @Intuos5 . Yours deals specifically with updating links versus deciding which links to load, so I will keep this one separate.
