Naming Dialog Box

It would be great to have the option to turn on a feature that would prompt users to name drawings as they are created. For example, if I were to use an elevation marker to make an elevation, as soon as the marker is placed the dialog box that shows up when up rename a view would pop up so that views can be named/organized as a project progresses.
