We have to use AutoCAD for General Notes, but when we link the drawing into Revit, the line spacing increases. That forces us (when drawing the border in AutoCAD to compensate by drawing the bottom edge a little higher - a percentage of the sheet height - with Revit 2017+ that height increased). The adjustment isn't always exact, so you still need to double check that you're not overlapping the border in Revit.
Trying to increase the line spacing in AutoCAD doesn't fix the issue (since Revit will still increase the line spacing), but you can do it to temporarily preview (in AutoCAD) what the text will look like in Revit (but it's humbug to keep switching back and forth, so we usually just use a higher bottom line).
Implementation of the following idea would negate the need for this one (since we'd be able to do General Notes in Revit):
roman numeral list type, hanging indent, and custom tab stops (for Text)
