Part of coordinating between disciplines is having the elements visible in the same view. Some elements take precedence over others. Lights typically take precedence over diffusers. When working in an HVAC view with lights turned on it is very easy to accidentally grab a light fixture and drag it with the diffuser intended to be moved.
I could lock the location of these lights down except that is a manual process and if I lock down the lights the electrical designer has to unlock them before editing. This becomes laborious. Adding a parameter where certain items can be visible but non-editable or non-movable within a certain view would be helpful.
