Enable access to other parameters and calculated values in View Filter rules

It would be really cool if we could add formulas and/or formulas that reference other parameters and calculated values in View Filters. For example, I might have a project parameter for Desired SF for a room.  I would then write a rule that would find Rooms with Areas that are greater than, equal to, or less than the Desired SF.

It would be nice if Revit can do that, but you can do something similar with conditional format at schedules. Schedule's power  is undervaluated: filter, find and replace elements is just one of its strenghts. Hope it works for you.

@jvpantin2 That does work and has been working well.  My Idea is that you could leverage what we can already do in schedules with View Filters in views like Floor plans.  This would allow me to add graphics overrides to the floor plans based upon those exact values you can only now see in schedules.

@DanielRosenberg You've tried Colour Fill Legends and they don't work for you?

@BIMBenHL Good thought, and I did try that before even looking into doing this with view filters.  It appears that the only parameters that Color Fills work with For Rooms is Name and Department and you can't add other parameters.  However, my post is more about adding this for View Filters because you can do more with the overrides plus I would want this ability for more than just rooms category.  I only used that as an example.
