Automatically generate Family Type Name based on parameter value
One of the frustrations I encounter most often in my capacity as BIM manager is family types being named incorrectly to their actual size.
An example would be:
Family Type - Door Type A
= Width parameter value of 900
= Height parameter value of 2100.
Door family type name:
= Type-A_900*2100
It would be very useful if you could simply specify the parameters to make up the family type name. Such as
(Family Type)_(Width)*(Height)
= Type-A_900*Height
Any update to the parameter values would therefore automatically adjust the name.
