API functionality for Phase Graphic Overrides - Autodesk Community

As the title says, here is an official request to get API functionality for Phase Graphic Overrides (even if it's just for reading properties). I would like to be able to access and control the halftone setting for the OOTB Existing Phase through the API.

Yes!! Our engineers constantly mess up these override settings, and there is no way to automate keeping it consistent.
