hi everyone, im getting this when im opening maya 2023. i entered my pc name and loaded my licenese but still nothing. how to fix it?

You have to configure your Network License Manager if you registered and received a license .lic file.

Once configured properly and your NLM is showing your available license, if you are still having problems, then get with me on it.  

The -15 error means that the software cannot find your license manager service.
