Unable to Install Revit 2024 Error 4000

I am unable to install revit 2024. It shows error 4000

I have tried to clean all the leftoovers from revit 2023, I have tried with reinstalling AdODIS but nothing works.

I have noticed that I can't get rid of AcSignCore16.dll, in the autodesk shared folder.

I have tried using Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooting

but it's unable to solve problems with revit 2023.

What could be the problem?

Thanks

Have you seen this? Or this article? Looks like you didn't do much searching....

I did a lot of research.

I have already tried both solutions but they don't work. I still get the same error

This is an OS level issue: do you have n IT person (or repair shop) that can wipe your system clean and start over? A new log-in for you on the network (if you have that setup) would be advisable too.

Hold Shift and restart your computer.  That will give you the option to restart in safe mode with networking.  Do so.  When you log back in, you should be able to clear out all of the files that are locked from deletion.  Then reboot normally and see if you are still getting errors.  Post your new results back here.

Before reading your suggestion I have deleted anything related to autodesk with Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooting,  apparently it could read something related to all the old versions of autodesk products ( leftovers from revit 2023 couldn't be removed though). I tried reinstalling again 2024 and it worked. Now i  can't open files from previous version of revit, it says they are all damaged, don't know if it's still related to some installing issues. I need to reinstall revit 2023 and i am quite scared it could cause me problems again 🤕
