The System cannot find the Path Specified

Good morning,

 I am trying to install 3ds Max 2015 and Maya 2015 on my PC, but I keept getting the error of

"The system cannot find the path specified".

C:\Users\aubrey\AppData\Local\Temp\_AI620C.tmp\x64\Tools\MAXSDK_3DSMAX2015-t.msi

 

 I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit.. No anti virus installed, Windows Defender and firewall are currently off for the installation.

 

I was able to install and get Mudbox 2015 working and did not get any error during installation. Please help. Thank you

Have you disabled UAC?

 

This is generally a Trend Micro issue, but if you don't have anti-virus installed it might just be permissions.  You can also try to install as another user with local admin rights, as the problem exists in your user temp folder.
