License Manager - Not Functioning - Increased occurences

In the last two months an increase in the number of issues the license manager gives me an error. This has not been limited to just my computer, but also the other two installations of AutoCad 2018.
I am not certain what the cause of this is and if or how eliminate the issue.
The fix is not difficult. Here is what I have been doing.
Any suggestions or help to correct the issue from happening would be appreciated.
