Has anyone ever seen this error and do you have a solution for it? It's new to me. The closest I've come to is a -5,412 error. Please see attached screenshot.

That error indicates there is no feature available in your license file.  What Autodesk Application is this?

It is a situation with Revit 2017, 16, and 15 on one machine (same lic server is used for over 10 others with zero problems). Everything was working properly until this morning. Lic file checked out in the parser to have all required feature codes per Autodesk's list, so the damage seems to be something more than just that. I've checked and made sure all relevant ports are open, server is being pinged from this machine, environmental variables check out, etc.

Without seeing your license and the debug log file that's not much to go on..   But your license file contains your serial # so you would have to remove all that info before sharing.   Log file can be shared since there's no personal info in it.

Mark is right.  -5 means that it cannot find the product in the license file.  The only reason I can think of this happening at random is that something in your license file expired or perhaps licenses are being used up and the product cannot cascade to another suite.  Debug log will go a long way into finding out why you are having this problem.  Is this an isolated problem or site wide?

Based on the information you sent it appears 2 of your 3 license servers are down and under a redundant license server model that is not allowed.  Most stay away from this type of license model config..  Smiley Wink

@TravisNave  or @Darin.Green can provide you an insight into why you should avoid this license model configuration.

It could be an issue, but I would expect all of the machines tied to that license to not be able to connect, as opposed to just the one. I'm wondering now if it's just that machine's network card starting to go.
