AutoCad not Working nor Functioning

I installed my Autocad 2025 software but I can not use it. When I open it, it freezes and nothing can be clicked, nor can I close the software, unless I close it on Task Manager. The same happens on older versions. My version is the student one (free). How can I solve it?

Windows or MAC?
Did you restart your PC yet?
Did you try a different full-admin login in the OS, then test again?

It is Windows.

I have already restarted my PC, and followed several steps recommended by the Autodesk support links (AutoCAD freezes and nothing can be selected immediately after opening) and (How to perform a Clean Uninstall of Autodesk products on Windows).

I am the only user on my PC and, therefore, the administrator. I did the full admin login, run, etc.

My specs:

- ASUS motherboard X-570

- AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
- RAM 64,0 GB

- Windows 11 Pro (22H2)

So it doesn't work under another user account either, like local administrator?

Next steps...

Here are ways to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:

and/or take your PC to a repair shop for assistance.
