Solved: Acad 17 LT System Error

Greetings,

I succesfull instaled the free trial of Acad LT 17 on my computer.

When I run the program an error apears: "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Any sugestions?

Did you reinstall the program as the last line in the error suggests you do?

I can't uninstal the program. In control panel it dosn't work to uninstal. In the instalation folder I can't find the Uninstal file. 😐

Let me know if installing this Windows Update helps resolve the issue. I have been working on a solution for this.

Hy Travis,

No it din't solve the problem.

It's enoying that I can't use a trial program.

It's more enoying that I can't unistal the trial program that I can't use it anyway.

I don't blame anybody. It's just a funny situation.
