3DS Max wont reinstall *Help please*

Okay guys new to this software. I tried installing 3DS on my ssd. Didnt work proprely so I uninstalled everything. Now when I go to install any version of the student version any year Ive tried them all. All that gets downloaded is the sub content. Cant actually find the program 3Ds anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can download it using the virtual assistant.
