Still initializing within at least 5 hours...Why haven't go to next step? Is it have any problem for download? Because i heard from my friend, he said he took 2to3 hours to complete the download. Thank you.

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/software-downloads/download-method...

I follow and do all the steps but it just starting downnload 64bit(part1). i click to run 64bit(part2), it didn't occur anything. What problem is this?

Just download Part 1 and Part 2..  When you launch Part 1 it will start the extraction process then prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk.   Part 1 will extract Part 2..  There's no need for you to extract any other part except Part 1.  Smiley Wink

Yeah, finanlly download autocad successfully. But some enquiry about product key. my product key is "001|1". when type it and click enter, there occur invalid. But i confirm that i didnt type wrong number. 

Can anyone tell me what's the problem?

The product key is 001<letter I>1.  That's 001I1.   Wished Autodesk skipped the letter "I" for version 2017 because its causing a lot of confusion...  Smiley Wink
