Flexnet - Cannot connect ... (-15,10:10061 "WinSock: Connection refused")

Ive got a customer that is getting the error "Cannot connect to license server system. (-15,10:10061 "WinSock: Connection refused")" They have a license file that was recently created. 

They also have Geomagic and Leica licenses running on the same server. Not sure if that is causing an issue or not. Below is a status inquiry and a log file. I double checked that ports are open. Any Ideas?

check to see if your firewall is not blocking ports 2080 and 27000~27009

Also, verify that the MAC address listed in your .LIC file matches the address listed on the System Settings tab of LMTOOLS

i also noticed your running 11.3

for 2015 autodesk products autodesk requires 11.12 of flex LM

Darren is right, and the debug log appears to be for another product.  CYRAKEY is not ADSKFLEX.  Possibly a license manager conflict.  You might need to show the log file for the Autodesk daemon if it has been started.

Looks like it can't find it.  Did you combine license managers and forget the adskflex.exe?
