error code when installing

I downloaded the free trial of Autocad LT.  After the file downloads, I run it and it creates a second larger install file.  When I run that install file I get an error message:

The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I1-0-1.dll

Thanks for any help you can provide.

i have the same issue when trying to Install PRDSP 2017. If i choose download option then install works OK.

attempting 64 bit install on Windows 7 Pro SP1.

Please let me know if it does as I am continuing to research how to resolve this new error.
