Email Verification

So when I signed up for student access i guess i never verified my email and was just running off the free trial, and now that its expired i cant access the program even though my account shows i should have access. again, i think this has to do with my email not being verified but i don’t know how to get another verification sent to me.

yes, i understand how the eligibility works, when i log in a pop up occurs letting me knowni am eligible. i have also contacted support and they have not given me a response even though it has been several days. i even opened a new help ticket to see if the first one just flew under the radar but the only thing that ever happens is i have to talk to some poorly designed bot that doesnt actually provide any solutions.

"eligible" does not mean you have a license: did you actually register?
Upload credentials requested?
get beyond the Export Compliance?

Yu are implying that you opted to ignore all attempts from Autodesk to verify your email until today, is that what you are meaning to write?

what software are you trying to use exactly?

Have you downloaded any products from the edu page?

Having educational access does not automatically confer product licenses to your account.
