Welcome to the community and hopefully my (or someone else) reply will be beneficially to you.

Since you’re new to the community I just wanted to inform you this is a worldwide (public) user forum where users are assisting others. For any future postings you may do, please do not include any personal information (such as your serial #) in anything that you share (including screen shots & attachments) with us.

Fatal errors in AutoCAD could mean many things...

  • I suggest cleaning out your temp folder and delete as many files and folders as possible.
  • Click Windows Start and type %TEMP% in the search box.
  • Select all files & folders and delete them.
  • Certain temporary files and folders will not be able to be deleted because they are currently in use by the OS and/or any other applications you currently have open. Skip any of these files/folders and continue on with the deletion process.

Launch your application and report back on your progress.

Hi,

>> I downloaded autocad 2016 from torrent

I would start downloading the software from an official Autodesk download site like Autodesk Virtual Agent >>>click<<<.

Downloading from torrents implies that you are doing something  that you are not supposed to be doing.  Smiley Wink

I did this and it did not worked. After doing this I noticed that we have different fatal error.
Before resorting to this forum I installed and uninstalled the program perhaps 3 or 4 times. All has the same problem.

I tried downloading the autocad from autodesk website. I can;t install it because of "Communication failure"

IF you have purchased your AutoCAD from Autodesk and have a proper serial # then review the information I have below the line/above my signature and follow those steps to download and install your application. Good luck with the installation.
