I have a valid and paid for motnhly subscription to Autocad Lt 2015 which I cannot activate. The invoice only provides and Product SKU: 057G1-009602-T797 which is invalid.

I work for myself and asked for support from your department 7 hours ago. Not happy at all!!!!

You should be able to login to your https://accounts.autodesk.com and get your registration completed there.

 

This is also why you should purchase exclusively from a Reseller so that you always have support with a real person.
