We have 30 machines that will be reimaged as we move from 32 bit to 64 bit operating systems. Is there an easy way to do this.??

I called in 4 times today and still cant get an email with an acivation code for the one I am working on now. I tried doing it on line and it thinks I have gone over my 30 licenses.  Thanks Dawn

Hello dtichenor and welcome to the Autodesk community!

If you’re having trouble with the activation email, please note that sometimes the email can be accidentally routed to your spam or junk folder. Please check there.

Also, please note that you should be able to access your download and activation information by logging into Autodesk Accounts.

If you cannot access software in your account and need to download it now, please go to the Virtual Agent.

If none of those items helped, please submit a support request as follows:

Students should request to have the confirmation email resent via this form.

Imaging stand-alone licenses is generally problematic.  It's almost best just to create a deployment and install them all afterwards and let them activate properly.  Otherwise, you will simply have to get manual activations for each one and they may or may not work.

I get that. But in this case this one crashed . So when I try to put the Request code in that I was given it says it cant give me an activation code because we

are over our licensing which is not the case. This has been a frustration from day 1 with this program and we have two schools involved with the PLTW program 60 computers total. This is not an optimal way to do business. Thanks Dawn

Yikes. The optimal way would have been for somebody to have recommended
that you network activate all of those seats. Almost nobody has that many
stand-alones. Network seats do not have this unfortunate limitation. You
have a lot of manual work ahead of you because the automated system will
not work for you.
