i pressed a command which made my file quit and then accidentally pressed no when it said to save changed how to recover my file?

i pressed a command which made my file quit and then accidentally pressed no when it said to save changed how to recover my file?

please help im on a uni computer so i cant rename filed to dwg. when i go on the file none of my work i did for the past hours is there, is there anyway to recover it please

If the changes were not saved and you exited AutoCAD cleanly, the work is gone.

i went into the temp folder and found a bunch of bak files and changed them to dwg and the last one i tried came up with the unsaved work

If it was a .bak, file then you saved your work more than once.

my work didn't save when autocad had an error so it kicked me out
